Summer Savory Stuffing (for small chicken)
2 cups of bread crumbs, 2 tsp summer savory (or to taste), 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 medium onion chopped, 1 tsp salt. Combine ingredients and insert stuffing into chicken cavity and bake as usual.
